After a childhood spent in foster care, Bitter is overjoyed to be accepted at Eucalyptus, a special school where she can immerse herself in painting alongside other creative teens. However, outside this safe haven, the streets of Lucille are filled with protests against the deep injustices plaguing the city. While Bitter feels compelled to remain within the protective walls of Eucalyptus, her friends are determined to fight for the change they deserve. 

Caught between her passion for art, old friendships, and a budding romance, Bitter grapples with her sense of belonging—should she stay in the studio or join the fight in the streets? As she navigates this internal conflict, she must confront the difficult question: what sacrifices is she willing to make for the revolution while staying true to herself?
